ILRIO was founded in 2008 by a group of Brazilians dedicated to the mission of cultivating new generations of leaders in Brazil. Although our homebase is the city of Rio de Janeiro, the programs and initiatives which we lead and/or support serve citizens from all regions of the country and from all social classes of Brazilian society.
